Adverse weather conditions are a real issue for the Leica and Geomax Total Stations, that have negative impacts on the operation and capture of data in these devices. Surveyors and other industry professionals highlighted the issues they were experiencing, but after years of voicing their concerns, no solution was ever offered by the manufacturers.

Due to the manufactures failure to recognise that rain was a serious problem for their equipment and their users, we have designed, tested and manufactured the ATR Shield. This innovative weather shield comprises of the ATR Hood and the ATR Handle Clip to help protect your Total Station from water damage.

Every ATR Shield is 3D printed from recycled PLA.

PLA, Polylactic acid, is a bioplastic derived from plant-based sources, meaning it is more environmentally friendly compared to other conventional 3D printer plastics.
